<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C. Dep de vis droog met keukenrol en leg een stuk aluminiumfolie klaar. Leg de groenten en knoflook in het midden van het stuk aluminiumfolie, leg daarop de zalmfilet. Bestrooi de vis met peper en dille.</p>

<p>Vouw het aluminiumfolie bijna dicht en druppel dan de wijn, olie en het citroensap erin. Nu kun je het pakketje helemaal dichtvouwen, zodat er geen lucht meer bij kan. Plaats het 10-15 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven. Open het pakketje pas op het bord, dan komt de heerlijke geur je tegemoet</p>
