- 2 stuks zalmmoot of -filet (150-200g)
- 5 kleine trostomaten
- 100 g broccoli, in kleine roosjes
- 100 g spruitjes, de grote gehalveerd
- 1 el olijfolie
- 1 schijfje citroen, gehalveerd
- Peper
- Zout
Bereidingswijze:
Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C. Blancheer de spruiten en de broccoli circa 5 minuten in kokend water. Spoel de groentes direct daarna af onder koud water. Verdeel de spruiten, broccoli en de tomaatjes in een ovenschaal. Besprenkel met de olijfolie en schep de groentes een keer om. Leg de zalm, samen met het citroenschijfje, tussen de groentes en breng alles op smaak met peper en zout. Zet de ovenschotel vervolgens 15-20 minuten in de oven.
