• 100 g radijsjes
• 200 g komkommer
• 1 avocado
• 1 blikje tonijn op waterbasis

Bereidingswijze

Kook de rijst volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Giet af en laat afkoelen. Meng met de mayonaise, kwark en de sambal. Verdeel de radijsjes, komkommer, avocado, tonijn en pittige rijst in een hoge kom. Maak een dressing van de sojasaus, sesamolie, het citroensap en de azijn en sprenkel deze over de pokébowl.

Tip:

Voor de rest van het gezin kun je gewone (zilvervlies)rijst gebruiken, en voor de kids de sambal eventueel weglaten. Ook lekker met verse tonijnblokjes!
