Ingrediënten
- 30 g (1,5 maatschep) PowerSlim Balance IJs chocolade
- 2 tl PowerSlim Balance Steviadruppels vanille
- 60 g amandelmeel
- 2 eieren
- 100 g roomkaas (light)
- 30 g roomboter
- 1 tl bakpoeder
- 1 el cacao
- Snuf zout
- Extra: muffinvorm of 6 losse muffinvormpjes
Bereidingswijze:
Verwarm de oven voor op 175 °C. Mix de roomboter, roomkaas en de steviadruppels tot een glad beslag. Voeg vervolgens één voor één de eieren toe. Voeg daarna het amandelmeel, chocolade ijs, bakpoeder, zout en de cacao toe aan het beslag. Mix totdat er een gladde massa ontstaat. Verdeel het beslag over 6 muffinvormpjes en bak gedurende 20-25 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven.
