- 1 blokje tuinkruidenbouillon
- 1 zalmfilet
- julienne snijder

Bereidingswijze Zalm
Dep de vis droog met keukenpapier. Bestrooi de zalm aan beide kanten royaal met zout en peper. Verhit de vloeibare margarine in een koekenpan. Leg de zalm op de huidkant in de pan. Bak de vis ongeveer 3 minuten aan beide zijden op middelhoog vuur.
