Bereidingswijze
Verhit de olie in een pan en fruit de ui en knoflook aan. Voeg de broccoli en champignons toe en roerbak circa 5-10 minuten. Klop de eieren los en voeg de kruidenkaas toe. Giet het eimengsel over de groente en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Draai het vuur laag en laat de frittata met een deksel op de pan ruim 5 minuten stollen.
Tip: ook lekker met stukjes kip erdoorheen.
