Ingrediënten

  • 150-200 g tonijn uit blik op waterbasis
  • 2 sneetjes volkoren brood
  • 1 stengel bleekselderij in kleine stukjes
  • 1 tomaat in schijfjes
  • Handje verse spinazie
  • Handje rucola
  • 1 el mayonaise
  • 1 tl limoenzest (geraspte schil)
  • 1 tl limoensap
  • Peper
  • Zout

Bereidingswijze

Rooster de sneetjes brood. Meng ondertussen de mayonaise goed met de limoenzest en -sap. Meng vervolgens de tonijn met de bleekselderij en wat peper en zout. Beleg de boterham met de spinazie, rucola, tonijn-bleekselderijsalade en de schijfjes tomaat. Breng eventueel nog extra op smaak met wat peper. Serveer met de limoenmayonaise.

Tip:

Het is ook lekker om de limoenmayonaise van tevoren door de tonijn-bleekselderijsalade te mengen.
