Bereidingswijze
Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C. Verwarm de spinazie 3 minuten in de magnetron. Meng met de knoflook, citroensap, Boursin cuisine en wat peper en zout. Snijd de kipfilet open en vul met het mengsel. Kruid de kip met peper en zout.
Vet een ovenschaal in leg hier de kip in en laat in 30-40 minuten gaar worden. Lekker met wat rucola en eventueel een eetlepel PowerSlim mosterd dille dressing.
