Bereidingswijze

Maak een koekenpan goed heet en rooster de noten tot ze goudbruin zijn. Laat afkoelen. Meng de kwark met de banaan, havermout, kaneel en de stevia. Verkruimel de noten en het kokosschaafsel eroverheen.
