Ingrediënten
- 100 g kabeljauw filet
- 100 g prei, in ringen
- 50 g magere rauwe gerookte ham, in reepjes
- verse tijm, blaadjes gerist
- 1 el olijfolie
Bereidingswijze
Roerbak de prei met de tijm en versgemalen peper in ½ el olie in een wok. Kruid de kabeljauwfilet met peper en zout en bak deze ca. 3 min. per kant in ½ el olie in een koekenpan. Voeg op het laatste moment de hamreepjes toe aan het preimengsel en serveer dit bij de vis.
