Bereidingswijze
Bak de witlof ca. 2 minuten in ½ el olie in een koekenpan met goede antiaanbaklaag. Bereid de omelet met de aangegeven hoeveelheid water. Giet het omelet mengsel over de gebakken witlof en bak het geheel nog circa 1 minuut per kant. Bestrijk met de verse geitenkaas.
