Bereidingswijze

Snijd de snee roggebrood in 2 delen. Besmeer het roggebrood met halvarine en 1 el Hüttenkäse. Beleg met de helft van de aardbeien, het andere sneetje roggebrood erbovenop. Doe de andere helft van de aardbeien in de kwark (eventueel met een beetje zoetstof).
