Ingrediënten
- 1 zakje PowerSlim sesam lijnzaadbrood
- 40-50 g gerookte kipfilet
- 200 g komkommer in schijfjes
- Handje rucola
- 3 tl roomkaas light
- ¼ avocado in plakjes
- Peper
- Zout
Bereidingswijze
Besmeer het sesam lijnzaadbrood met de roomkaas. Beleg vervolgens met de schijfjes komkommer, avocado en de kipfilet. Breng op smaak met wat peper en zout en maak af met de rucola.
