Ingrediënten
- 1 portie (50 g) PowerSlim Balance spaghetti
- 50 g biefstuk in reepjes
- 100 g champignons, fijngesneden
- 1 rode paprika in reepjes
- 1/2 ui, gesnipperd
- 1 el olijfolie
- 1 teen knoflook, geperst
- Verse Italiaanse kruiden (zoals tijm, oregano, rozemarijn, salie), fijngesneden
- Peper
- Zout
Bereidingswijze:
Kook de spaghetti 10 minuten in ruim water met zout. Verhit de olie in een koekenpan en fruit de knoflook en ui aan. Bak de biefstukreepjes, champignons en paprika mee. Voeg de Italiaanse kruiden toe. Giet de spaghetti af en meng met de groenten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
