Ingrediënten

- 1 rode paprika, in blokjes
- 1 grote ui, in halve ringen
- 2 bosuitjes, in ringetjes
- 3 magere knakworsten uit blik
- 2 el olie
- 1 el paprikapoeder
- 1 tl chilipoeder

Bereidingswijze:
Verwarm de kapucijners in een pannetje met aanhangend vocht en knakworsten, giet af. Verhit de olie in een koekenpan en bak de groenten in 5 minuten bruin.
Bestrooi met paprika- en chilipoeder. Meng de kapucijners met de groenten en serveer met de knakworsten.
