Bereidingswijze:

Doe 90 ml water in de shaker en meng het zakje American pancake. Schud goed. Vet de poffertjespan goed in met olijfolie en giet het beslag erin. Let op: zet het vuur niet te hoog. Als de poffertjes beginnen te stollen, draai ze dan om. Serveer de poffertjes met de karamel-zeezout stroop.

Tip:

Vanaf fase 2B lekker met nog een extra theelepel gesmolten roomboter over de poffertjes heen.
