Bereidingswijze
Breng een flinke laag water aan de kook in een pan. Snijd de houtachtige onderkant van de asperges af. Kook ondertussen de asperges met het bouillonblokje 6 – 8 minuten. Laat de asperges uitlekken en snijd ze in stukken. Leg de sla op een bord en verdeel aspergestukken en zalm over de sla. Druppel als laatste de PowerSlim mosterd dille dressing over de salade.
