Bereidingswijze
Kook de broccoliroosjes 5 minuten voor in gezouten water. Afgieten en samen met de overige groenten 5 minuten roerbakken in 1 el olijfolie in een koekenpan. Voeg naar smaak peper en zout toe. Bereid de boerenomelet mix zoals vermeld op de verpakking en schenk de omeletmix over de groenten. Laat de omelet nog circa 3 minuten bakken of totdat deze volledig gestold is.
