Bereidingswijze
Kook de rijst volgens de aanwijzing op de verpakking en giet af. Bak de ui glazig in de olie in een koekenpan en voeg de champignons toe. Bak nog circa 6-7 minuten. Voeg de rijst, het bouillonpoeder en de roomkaas toe en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Garneer met de bieslook.
