Bereidingswijze

Verhit de olie in een pan en fruit de ui totdat deze glazig ziet. Voeg de champignons, courgette en de paprika toe en roerbak circa 3-5 minuten. Klop de eieren los met de kruidenkaas. Giet het eimengsel over de groente. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Draai het vuur laag en laat de frittata met een deksel op de pan circa 5 minuten stollen.
